One-Piece Shell.

Our One-Piece Shell is crafted from 6K carbon fibre and high-grade thermo polymers, offering a perfect blend of advanced materials.

 

This combination ensures that the skate is fully heat moldable for a custom fit while maintaining exceptional durability.

The innovative one-piece carbon fibre shell provides unparalleled strength without added weight, delivering a lightweight yet robust performance.

Integrated Collar System.

The true star of the AURA skate.

 

By integrating an independent movement within the structure of the skate, we can provide consistent medial and lateral support, without impeding the natural biomechanical function of the leg. 

​

The integrated collar system allows the boot to flex forward with the skater's movement, enhancing flexibility without compromising the skate's wall strength,  thus providing increased durability compared to traditional skate designs.

Lace Tabs.

- The lace tabs are designed to mitigate up and down movement of the tongue, as well as side to side movement of the tongue. 

​

- The rectangular nodule prevents up and down movement, while the triangular nodules prevent side to side movement.

Tri-Hook Design.

- By being one solid piece, it ensures that regardless on how the skater ties their skate – it will engage the collar system in a consistent way. 

 

- The quick change design allows for 1 minute change of the hooks in the event of a hook break.

Toe Cap.

- The SKY 200 comes accessorized with a Nylon Polymer Toe Cap.

 

- The function of this toe cap is to act as an added layer of protection in a high wear area of the skate.

Tongue Tab

- The tongue tab adds a secondary measure against tongue slippage. 

 

- The length of the tongue tab is also designed to work in tandem with the lace tabs.

Milled Foam Heel.

Inside the heel of the one-piece shell sits our milled foam heel.

 

Our milled foam heel is specifically engineered to dampen sound and absorb residual energy that remains undispersed by the carbon fiber shell. This design ensures enhanced acoustic comfort and effective energy management for a smoother, quieter experience.
